Are you a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist looking for a role where no two calls are the same?

We're currently recruiting for Daytime Counsellors/Psychotherapists to join an established wellbeing service in the Manchester area.

As a counsellor/psychotherapist with us you'll be supporting people who get in touch with the service for immediate emotional and wellbeing support.

Rather than working with a set caseload or seeing the same clients week after week, you'll be having one-off telephone conversations with people reaching out at the point they need support.

Calls can cover a wide range of topics, including anxiety, stress, low mood, relationships, bereavement, work and personal difficulties.

Your role will be to listen, understand what the caller needs, provide appropriate therapeutic support and help them identify the most suitable next steps.

You'll also:

• Take inbound calls from people looking for emotional support
• Provide counselling and therapeutic support during the call
