You’ll be joining us at our Stockport practice in Heaton Moor, SK4 4HS
.As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face-to-face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.
The working pattern for this role is full-time, working Monday-Thursday 8:30 - 17:30 and Fridays 8:30 - 16:30. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so working from home is not possible.

Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
