- Long term locum contract
- £72,179-£97,560 per annum
- Weekly pay with reliable processing
- Balanced mix of elective orthopaedics and acute trauma
- Streamlined compliance and onboarding for a hassle-free start
- Attend daily consultant-led ward rounds and deliver comprehensive orthopaedic inpatient care, including pre- and post-operative management
- Maintain accurate, timely patient notes and arrange, review, and document investigations, discussing results promptly with the supervising consultant
- Respond efficiently to pager bleeps and support the team with unforeseen clinical emergencies
- Receive, triage, and assess acute orthopaedic referrals from A&E and occasionally from GPs
- Perform focused orthopaedic examinations and contribute to trauma assessments as part of the 1-in-7 on-call rota, including weekend cover
