Location:
M30 area, Manchester
Pay: £25 per hour
Shift: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (10-hour night shift)
Duration:
Initially a few weeks, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Mental Health Nurse to provide overnight observation and support for a young person in the M30 area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment, carrying out appropriate observations, monitoring wellbeing, and responding appropriately to any concerns during the night.
Requirements
Qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid professional registration
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
Experience working with young people and/or in mental health settings
Confident working independently during night shifts
Good observation, communication and professional record-keeping skills
Reliable, calm and compassionate approach
Able to work 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Enhanced DBS and relevant safeguarding checks will be required
What we offer
£25 per hour
Regular night shifts during the initial placement
