Asthma Specialist Nurse Band 6 Full Time - 37.5 hours per week

The Integrated Respiratory Service at NMGH aims to provide a high standard care to patients across both primary and secondary care from diagnosis, acute care through to long-term management.
Using up to date evidenced based information we aim to enable patients to continue living to the best of their ability. We are looking for a passionate, patient focused person with a desire to help them live life despite their long term condition.
You need to have substantial post registration experience, including asthma care, respiratory nursing and long term condition care
Main duties of the job- Support A&E and wards in the care of Asthma patients
- Support clinics for Asthma patients post discharge and provide specialist support to Severe Asthma clinics
- Oversee the home biologic patients care
- Attend site and group MDTs
