This role involves delivering high standards of guest service in a hospitality setting at King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment in all operational areas of Food & Beverage.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel and Spa. We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our team and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all duties to our world class standards.

• Able to work in all areas of Food & Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, and 6th-floor south terrace
• Welcome members and guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
• Prepare set ups for tables
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Upsell with latest departmental incentives
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Strive to achieve departmental targets
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas
• Comply with club security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Comply with local licensing laws
• Be environmentally aware
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
