We are looking for a driven Deputy Manager who can inspire and empower their team to create outstanding guest experiences at Crafty Pig. If you love motivating others, driving performance and making a real impact, we'd love to chat.

• Provide clear guidance, encouragement and support to help the team grow.
• Support the General Manager and work together to create and deliver our vision.
• Maintain consistency in standards and procedures.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or over – the role involves the sale of alcohol.
• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
