About the Role
We’re looking for ambitious, self‑motivated recruiters to join a growing Technology division
. The team covers multiple tech verticals –
Software, Data, Infrastructure, GTM – with opportunities for junior, mid‑level, and senior hires
.
Whether you’re experienced with 360 recruitment or coming from a sales/customer‑facing background
, there’s a clear path to develop into a high‑performing recruiter. The role gives you autonomy, support, and access to high‑quality clients
, with less micromanagement and KPI pressure than other agencies.
You’ll work in a collaborative, grown‑up environment where the focus is on building strong relationships with clients and candidates, not chasing quick fees. There’s a constant flow of roles and the opportunity to progress rapidly
, including managing your own team or desk over time.
Responsibilities
- Qualify clients and candidates for tech roles across Software, Data, Infrastructure, and GTM verticals.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high‑quality engagement.
- Collaborate with the team to meet placement targets while prioritising long‑term relationships.
- Develop and grow your own desk, with potential to manage a team or desk over time.
