* Uncapped Commission & Earnings:
Base salary of £24,000 (increased in London, Manchester & Bristol) with realistic first-year earnings of £30,000. Second-year potential of £40,000+, with top performers hitting £100,000+ by year four.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, acting as a key partner between businesses and job seekers. You’ll be responsible for:

* Engaging with businesses to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions in both UK and European environments

* Driving revenue growth through strategic business development

* Sourcing top talent through headhunting, networking, and job boards (cold calling)

* Managing the interview and placement process, negotiating offers, and closing deals

* Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates to drive ongoing success
