What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing Specialist Talent:
Identify, assess and place experienced professionals into senior and hard‑to‑fill permanent roles

Innovative Search Strategies:
Apply advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, direct headhunting and market mapping

Candidate Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with candidates to ensure a robust and active talent pool

Client Relationship Management:
Develop trusted partnerships with clients through regular contact, site visits and face‑to‑face meetings

Consultative Recruitment Approach:
Understand client technical, regulatory and commercial requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions

Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure full adherence to NES Fircroft quality standards, industry regulations and client‑specific compliance processes

Desk & Workload Management:
Successfully manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced permanent recruitment environment

What We’re Looking For:

360 Recruitment

Experience:

Proven background recruiting within a 360‑consulting environment, preferably within engineering or technical sectors

Headhunting Expertise:
Strong experience conducting detailed, proactive searches for niche and specialist roles

Business Development Mindset:
Comfortable approaching new and existing clients selling NESF’s recruitment solutions

Excellent Communication

Skills:

Confident and professional when engaging with candidates and clients at all levels

Highly Organised:
Comfortable managing a busy desk with competing priorities and deadlines

Ambitious & Driven:
Eager to exceed targets and progress within a growing business
