What You'll Be Doing - Full 360 Recruitment
This is a blended permanent and contract/temporary recruitment role where you'll manage your own desk, build strong commercial relationships, and deliver high-quality placements across the Food & FMCG market.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from business development to placement
- Meeting clients, taking detailed job briefs, and understanding end-to-end hiring needs
- Sourcing candidates through Linked In Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and our market-leading database
- Registering, interviewing, and assessing candidates, including compliance checks
- Preparing candidates for interviews and managing the offer, contract and placement process
- Filling urgent contract/temp bookings with pace, accuracy and strong service levels
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates across the region
- Developing new business opportunities across the Food & FMCG sector
- Maximising cross-selling opportunities across Reed's specialist divisions
