They work with companies helping them better understand target audience, providing key insights that assist these businesses in creating pitch-perfect hiring strategies that ensure their success long into the future.

As a new hire and someone that is new to recruitment, you will be given the resources needed to make this opportunity your own.

You will interact with clients, supporting them in hiring for niche roles. You’ll work closely with these businesses, understanding what makes them tick in order to ensure your own success.

This success will be directly tied to your own progression.

A recent degree (2.1) or postgraduate experience in a discipline such as sales, technology or Marketing.

• Salaries ranging from £26,000 per year
• Uncapped Commission- you will be paid additional sums upon identifying and successfully placing candidates.
