Supporting education starts with supporting our own people.

The job

Henry Blue is a genuinely collaborative education recruitment business, working with schools and colleges nationwide across permanent and contract roles. Consultants are encouraged to hit their own goals while contributing to the wider team’s success.

You’ll focus on a specific subject area within compulsory or further education, managing the full recruitment process. This includes building relationships, managing interviews, negotiating offers and attracting the right people from a range of resources. You’ll be comfortable using a CRM, confident in conversation and strong on listening, because people skills and inner drive matter most here. You won’t be KPI’d to death, as we believe in our teams doing what they should, how and when they should.

You’re an experienced recruitment consultant who knows how to run a desk and get results. You enjoy building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates and take pride in supporting people properly.

You’ll love being part of an office‑based team, but you’re also keen to get out, meet clients and deepen your market knowledge. You understand that results come from consistent, quality activity. It’s_logged recruitment!
