At Prospero Teaching, we're on the lookout for an experienced SEN Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Manchester team. 💼 About the Role

As our SEN Recruitment Consultant, your mission is to support SEND students by placing the right candidates into the right educational settings. You'll be working with a diverse portfolio of schools and provisions, building strong, lasting relationships, and delivering a service that genuinely changes lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining relationships with SEN schools, PRUs, and alternative provisions
Attracting and interviewing candidates aligned with each setting's ethos and requirements
Advertising vacancies via job boards, social media, and our website
Meeting both clients and candidates to provide a personal, tailored recruitment experience
Managing vacancies across supply and contract roles✅ What You'll Need to Succeed

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in educational recruitment (SEN experience preferred)
Driven by targets and commission, but with a heart for meaningful work
Confident and engaging, with excellent interpersonal skills
Skilled in compliance and working with high-volume workloads
Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
