Recruitment Candidate Consultant

£26100 starting salary PLUS uncapped commission!

We’re currently growing our award-winning team at Amoria Group and are seeking ambitious, driven individuals to join us as a Candidate Consultant!

In this role, you’ll focus exclusively on candidate delivery, talent sourcing, and relationship management working with established, high-value clients. Your focus will be to deliver exceptional talent, support them throughout the entire process and deliver best service at every stage.

This opportunity is to specialise in the US Markets - US working hours Monday - Thursday 12noon - 9pm & Fridays 8.30 - 4pm. You will have the opportunity to travel to the US for business meetings

• Source, screen, and qualify top-tier candidates across the US market.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate process from outreach to offer and placement.
• Work closely with Business Development Consultants who handle client partnerships.
• Build long-term relationships and become a specialist within your niche market.
• Write and post engaging job adverts and use Linked In/social media to attract top talent.
• You can expect to be working to strict timelines so speed is a must and importantly attention to detail is essential.
