Our client is a high-growth, specialist advisory firm partnering with leading investors who are shaping the future of energy and infrastructure. Known for their high standards, market insight and long-term relationships, they deliver real, measurable value to clients and candidates alike.
This is a close-knit, collaborative team where you’ll work directly with the Partners, gain exposure to senior stakeholders early on, and be genuinely supported in building a long-term career in executive search.

You’ll play a key role in supporting investors within the energy sector as they build best-in-class teams. From day one, you’ll be developing deep market knowledge, building high-quality candidate pipelines, delivering data-driven insights, and engaging with senior-level talent across Europe and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting Partners on retained executive search mandates
- Mapping markets and building long-term candidate pipelines
- Engaging and assessing high-calibre candidates
- Producing market intelligence and insight reports for clients
- Developing relationships with senior professionals in the energy and infrastructure sectors
- A strong academic background
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career in executive search
- Research-driven mindset (experience in research, academia or analytical roles is beneficial)
- Background in finance or legal is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Fast learner with a proactive, self-starting attitude
- £30,000 basic salary + £10,000 OTE in year one
- Uncapped commission with strong earning potential as you progress
- Clear and structured career progression into senior roles
- Direct mentorship and day-to-day exposure to Partners
