What Youll Do Build and manage your own client portfolio within the tech sector Source, qualify, and place high-calibre technical candidates Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and deliver results Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates Hit targets and enjoy uncapped commission Who Were Looking For Previous recruitment experience is a plus (tech ideal but not essential) Excellent communicator and relationship-builder Results-driven, ambitious, and resilient Motivated by career progression and earnings Whats On Offer £24,000 base salary + uncapped commission Structured career path and promotion opportunities Full training and ongoing development Office-based role in Manchester with a supportive team culture
