We are a specialist recruitment consultancy based in Manchester City Centre supporting various Government Departments, Defence companies and other Public Sector organisations with their technical recruitment demand across the UK.

As a part of the Searchability National Security & Defence team, you will join a highly experienced team who will support you to become a successful 360 recruitment consultant by providing full 1-2-1 training and a range of extensive tools to excel in your recruitment career with us.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Sourcing candidates for live vacancies, business development to grow your client base, navigating all aspects of the candidate journey, working in a target driven environment, staying informed on industry trends, utilising tools and technologies in line with our company data standards. Occasionally you will be required to travel for Security Cleared EXPO events / client meetings, so you'll need the confidence to be client and candidate facing in person / over the phone / digitally.

• Experience in one or more of the following:
  Recruitment/Resourcing, Sales, Account Management
• Excellent communications skills
• You thrive in a past-paced environment
• Ability to cope in a high pressure environment
• Willingness to take on a new challenge and steep learning curve
