What You’ll Be Doing – 360 Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities
In this Recruitment Consultant role, you will:

Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
Build relationships with schools, MATs and education leaders
Source top candidates using job boards, adverts, social media and headhunting
Conduct phone, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews
Win new business through proactive sales activity
Fill temporary vacancies at speed
Work towards weekly recruitment KPIs with team support
This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven sales‑focused recruitment role with huge earning potential.

Location:

Manchester City centre

Hours:

7:30am–4:30pm, reduced hours in school holidays
