Your Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and support our consultants in delivering an outstanding end-to-end candidate journey. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone with energy, drive, and a desire to build a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, attract, and qualify candidates via phone, job boards, Linked In and networking channels

* Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active and future roles

* Screen applicants, conduct initial telephone interviews and assess suitability

* Coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications

* Support the wider team in administrative tasks and CRM data management
