Package: £26K-30K basic salary + uncapped commission + incentives

• 1:1 training from Directors and Seniors and access to external training

• Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market and become a subject matter expert
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
• Conduct candidate interviews
• Work towards monthly targets
• Continuously improve your recruitment knowledge through internal training, market research, and performance feedback

• Phone-based/B2B/B2C sales experience (preferred not essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hardworking nature
• Ambitious and career-driven
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
