What you will bring
  • 2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on roles within the Fin Tech industry.
  • Passion for business development and winning new clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing deals.
  • Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months.
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately on revenue generation.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ambitious plans to scale.
