JGA are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Client Payroll Manager, supporting a portfolio of complex clients and acting as a trusted advisor across their payroll operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys taking full ownership.

• Manage and process payroll for your own portfolio of clients, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee all statutory payments, pension contributions, and company benefits administration.
• Build and maintain strong, consultative client relationships.
• Deliver exceptional service, acting as the go-to payroll expert.
• Provide guidance, resolve queries, and ensure seamless payroll delivery across varying client requirements.

• 7+ years’ experience within a client/bureau payroll environment.
• Strong knowledge of statutory payments, pensions, and payroll compliance.
• Confident payroll systems user with solid manual calculation capability.
• Demonstrated experience managing and nurturing client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
