(Realistic Average Earnings: year one £43k/ year two £76k/ year three £100k+)

We are looking for confident and career driven graduates to join our expanding Manchester office as recruitment consultants!

100% of our consultants have joined straight from the entry-level having had no prior experience in recruitment. We offer complete support and training from the get-go in order to progress your career and fast track you to achieving your goals.

You’ll be:

• Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles
• Winning and managing clients within your niche market
• Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
• Working towards clear KPIs and goals
• Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out
