Junior HR Administrator - Central Manchester - £27,000
About the CompanyLorien are working in partnership with a fast‑paced technology business who are growing rapidly. Now are looking for a detail‑driven HR professional to the offices in Central Manchester.
About the RoleAs the HR Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for HR‑related queries across the business. You will support the team, ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of HR services.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance, coordinating the full recruitment administration process from requisition to onboarding, supporting payroll with employee lifecycle information, and producing the monthly HR dashboard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take steps towards being a fully qualified HR professional.
What You Will Bring- You will have an understanding of the Human Resources profession and ideally exposure within the role
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality work
- You will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience in diary management and meeting coordination is required
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable but not essential.

- Hybrid working from Central Manchester (2 days onsite a week)
