HR Systems & Data Manager

Salary:
Up to £55,000 (DOE).

Contract:

15‑Month Fixed Term Contract.

Location:

Fully Remote.

💡 The Role

A senior HR systems position responsible for the integrity, performance and continuous development of the organisation's HRIS (Workday). You will lead on system configuration, data governance, reporting and innovation — ensuring accurate, meaningful people data supports strategic decision‑making across a growing organisation. This is a high‑impact role working closely with senior leadership and external providers, acting as the internal expert on HR systems and workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day management and optimisation of Workday (HCM, Time, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits)
  • Maintain data integrity, compliance and audit standards
  • Develop dashboards, reports and senior‑level people analytics
  • Lead system testing, upgrades, releases and new implementations
  • Manage third‑party system relationships
  • Oversee staff engagement survey reporting & analysis
  • Deliver training and empower stakeholders to maximise system usage
  • Drive continuous improvement across HR data processes
👤 The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven HRIS super‑user experience (Workday preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical/reporting capability
  • Experience building dashboards and interpreting workforce trends
  • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable engaging senior leaders
  • Strong focus on data accuracy, confidentiality and governance
  • Proactive, organised and experienced managing system change
