Manchester City Centre - Fully Office Based
£27,500 - £35,(Apply online only) per annum + Commission
Monday-Friday (Early Finish on Fridays!)
Time Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a fast‑growing recruitment firm in the heart of Manchester City Centre as they expand their internal hiring team. We are now seeking a driven, people‑focused Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their vibrant office and play a key role in attracting top talent across multiple divisions.

The Role - Talent Acquisition Advisor
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the business continues to attract high‑quality consultants and support staff. You'll work closely with hiring managers, understand team needs, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end internal recruitment across multiple business areas
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms
- Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM and ATS systems
- Represent the business professionally at all times, acting as a brand ambassador
- Support employer‑branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
What We're Looking For
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar people‑focused role
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
- Motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach
- Tech‑savvy with experience using CRM/ATS systems
- A positive, energetic personality that thrives in a busy office setting
