What You’ll Do (360 Recruitment Consultant)
Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
Build relationships with schools, academies and MATs
Source candidates via job boards, adverts, social media and headhunting
Conduct phone, virtual and face‑to‑face interviews
Win new business through proactive sales activity
Fill temporary roles quickly and accurately
Work towards weekly KPIs with full team support

Manchester City Centre

Hours:

7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours in school holidays)
