The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to manage a 360 recruitment desk, working with candidates and clients.
You will learn how to:

Source and interview candidates daily
Build new business using multiple sales techniques
Understand client needs and job requirements
Match candidates to suitable roles
Work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Handle feedback, pressure and rejection positively

Location:

Manchester City Centre

Hours:

7:30am–4:30pm (reduced in school holidays)
