As our HRIS Analyst, you will be a functional specialist at the heart of our HR transformation in the UK & Ireland. You will be instrumental in translating complex business needs into elegant system solutions, ensuring our HR technology not only works, but works wonders for our people. You will be the bridge between our HR strategy and our systems, driving efficiency and enhancing the employee experience through technology.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Functional Analysis:
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for our HR systems, ensuring changes align with our HR strategic priorities and global excellence roadmap.
  • Process Optimisation:
Utilise process mapping to identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, drive automation, and improve overall efficiency.
  • System Integrity & Support:

Lead change requests from start to finish, including developing user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, managing system configuration, and creating clear user communications to ensure smooth adoption.

Are you a pioneering problem-solver who loves to turn "what if" into "how-to"? We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to be the functional heartbeat of our HR team across the UK & Ireland. In this role, you won't just manage systems; you'll bridge the gap between HR strategy and cutting‑edge technology, crafting elegant solutions that make work life better for everyone.

If you're a Success Factors enthusiast who thrives on streamlining processes and enhancing the employee experience through digital excellence, we want you to help us work wonders.

You're a great match for this role if you are an inquisitive, pioneering problem-solver who naturally questions the status quo to find a better way. You excel at bridging the gap between technical systems and human needs, with a passion for creating seamless employee experiences.

Qualifications
  • Deep functional knowledge of HR systems, particularly Success Factors Employee Central, with proficiency in modules like Time Management, Onboarding, and Compensation.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, functional design, and process mapping.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system errors and manage data integrations.
