🎯 The RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Resourcer (Sales), you will play a key role in supporting the hiring of Sales talent across the business.
This is a delivery-focused role where you will:
- Proactively source and engage Sales talent (Linked In Recruiter, referrals, networking, market mapping)
- Conduct candidate outreach, screening and qualification
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring
- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to ensure consistent candidate flow
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Manage our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and process compliance
- Deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact through to offer and onboarding
Experience supporting high-volume Sales recruitment (agency, RPO, or fast-paced internal environment)
Strong proactive sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates
Comfortable working in a delivery-focused, target-driven setting
Highly organised with strong pipeline and time management skills
Clear communicator who can confidently engage candidates and stakeholders
You’ll be part of a collaborative internal TA team with real impact on commercial growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the sourcing and delivery side of recruitment and wants exposure to hiring across a dynamic, scaling Sales organisation.
