We are looking for an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team and help support the recruitment of primary teachers and teaching assistants.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with candidates and schools and wants to focus on building strong relationships rather than working in a high-pressure sales environment.

The Role

You will support an established desk working with primary schools across South Manchester.

Responsibilities include:

* Recruiting Primary Teachers and Teaching Assistants

* Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through job boards and databases

* Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews

* Building relationships with teachers and education professionals

* Supporting partner schools with their recruitment needs

* Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining engagement

* Ensuring safeguarding, vetting and compliance checks are completed

* Maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation

What We’re Looking For

This role would suit someone with experience in:

* Education recruitment

* Teacher recruitment

* Recruitment consultant or recruitment resourcer roles

* Primary education recruitment

You should also have strong communication skills, good organisation and a proactive, team-focused mindset.

* Salary £24,000 – £33,000 depending on experience
