We're looking for a commercially focused HR Business Partner to join our People Team in a strategic, hands‑on role supporting leaders to deliver their business objectives through effective people solutions.
This is a true partnering opportunity - balancing organisational design, workforce planning, engagement and talent strategies with expert handling of complex employee relations matters.
The RoleYou'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating business priorities into practical people plans that drive performance, engagement and inclusion.
Key areas include:
- Partnering with leaders to align people strategy to operational goals
- Leading organisational design and change initiatives
- Managing complex ER cases including performance, conduct, absence, grievances, TUPE and consultations
- Coaching and developing managers to build leadership capability
- Leading engagement survey action planning and driving improvements
- Supporting talent management, succession planning and workforce planning
- Using HR data and insight to inform business decisions
- Driving consistency, continuous improvement and best practice across the Group
- Strong HR generalist background across ER, talent and change
- Experienced in managing complex ER and restructuring activity
- Confident influencing and coaching senior stakeholders
- Commercially astute, pragmatic and solutions-focused
This is an opportunity to shape people strategy, influence senior leaders and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive culture. This position is a regional position with travel to sites across the North West and Midlands and South of the UK.
