Resourcing Partner (internal recruiter) 6‑Month Fixed Term Contract
Location:
Salford Quays (Hybrid Working Available)
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Resourcing Partner to join our team on a 6‑month fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in supporting our recruitment activity across the business UK Wide, ensuring we attract and secure high‑quality talent during a period of significant growth. Based in our Salford Quays office, with hybrid working available, you will work closely with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and candidates to deliver a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across a range of roles, ensuring a high‑quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand resourcing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source candidates through Linked In, job boards, networking, and direct approaches.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure all recruitment activity aligns with company values, policies, and best practice.
- Proven experience in an internal recruitment or agency recruitment role.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confident sourcing and headhunting capability.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience recruiting within the construction or built environment sectors.
- Understanding of technical, commercial, or operational roles within construction.
- Someone proactive, solutions‑focused, and comfortable working autonomously.
- A confident communicator able to build strong relationships quickly.
- A team player who brings energy, professionalism, and a positive approach to recruitment.
- Someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys direct sourcing.
6‑month fixed term contract
