The Role- Full 360 desk responsibility
- Business development & account management
- Candidate sourcing and placement
- Managing the full recruitment process
- Hitting and exceeding billing targets
- At least 12 months’ 360 recruitment experience
- Proven billing track record
- Strong business development skills
- Driven and target-focused
- Up to £26,000 basic
- Uncapped commission
- Clear progression
