Role Summary
- Responsibilities:
You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process, delivering an excellent experience for all candidates, as well as working closely with hiring managers on our strategic approach to talent acquisition to drive forward company growth - Salary: £33,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience

Successful candidates will ideally be based in our Global Headquarters in Cambridge or London office. However, this role is also available in our Manchester and Bristol offices

We are seeking a new Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help spearhead our company's growth. In this role, you will be responsible for all stages of the recruitment process for various positions across our service offerings and offices, delivering an excellent recruitment experience for all candidates. You will manage multiple roles simultaneously, making the role varied and fast paced. You will also act as a trusted advisor, guiding hiring managers on the most effective approaches to attraction, assessment, and selection.
As the team grows, you may also take on line management responsibilities for junior Talent Acquisition colleagues.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where you will influence recruitment strategy, help embed best practice across the organisation, and meaningfully contribute to the evolution of our talent function.
