Contract:
Fixed Term Contract through to December 31st

We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded organisation to recruit an experienced Benefits Manager on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a benefits specialist to join a collaborative HR function and take ownership of the end-to-end benefits portfolio during a key period of transformation and delivery.

This role will suit someone who is both operationally strong and strategically minded, with experience managing benefits renewals, vendor relationships, and compliance in a complex environment.

The Role

As Benefits Manager, you will take responsibility for the management and optimisation of the organisation’s employee benefits offering. You will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring programmes are competitive, compliant, and aligned to business needs.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the full lifecycle of employee benefits programmes (pensions, private medical insurance, life assurance, income protection, wellbeing initiatives, etc.).
  • Leading annual renewals, benchmarking exercises, and market reviews.
  • Managing relationships with brokers and third-party providers, ensuring strong service delivery and commercial value.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and governance requirements.
  • Partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure accurate benefits administration and reporting.
  • Reviewing utilisation data and costs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Enhancing benefits communication to improve employee engagement and understanding.
  • Supporting broader reward or HR projects as required during the contract period.
About You
  • Experience leading renewals and negotiating with external providers.
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
  • The ability to operate independently and add value quickly in a contract environment.
