Hybrid role. Uncapped commission, no threshold, up to 50%. Salary up to £45k basic. Warm desks available – recruiting into tech based roles in Europe and the US. Work in the highest performing team in the company where everyone bills circa £400,000. Manchester city centre offices.

• Identify and source top‑tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with firms, tech departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
• Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the job market.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the perfect match between candidate and organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.

• Previous experience in a professional recruitment sector.
