Key Responsibilities- Identify and source top‑tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and career aspirations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with firms, tech departments, and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Provide personalised career guidance and advice to candidates, helping them navigate the job market.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture, ensuring the perfect match between candidate and organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal developments to better serve both clients and candidates.
- Previous experience in a professional recruitment sector.
- Willingness to learn about the industry and its various practice areas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- A passion for fostering successful, long‑term professional relationships.
