Human Resources Business Partner

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an HR Business Partner to be based in North England.

• Act as a trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle.
• Responsible for delivering and partnering with the assigned function to achieve the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, including ensuring adherence to global standards and local regulations.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and leadership capability development.
• Contribute to reward, engagement, and culture initiatives
• Implementing and maintaining effective HR strategies & practices.
• Oversee employee relations matters
• Ensure compliance with labor law, HR policies, and industry regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant HR qualifications or accreditations would be beneficial.
• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role in the UK.
• Ability to demonstrate passion and long-term drive for a career in HR.
• Ability to advocate HR policy, process, and regulatory compliance within a highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Strong people orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
