With continued investment into their specialist markets, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing Life Sciences division in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter to take ownership of an established desk within a collaborative, high-performing environment.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant specialising in Life Sciences, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across contract hires. You will inherit existing client relationships while also being encouraged to develop new business opportunities to further expand your desk.

You will benefit from a supportive leadership team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own time, strategy and market focus.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process within the Life Sciences sector
• Developing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients
• Sourcing, qualifying and placing high-quality candidates
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
• Managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a full 360 recruitment role (sector flexible; Life Sciences advantageous)
