Summit Rec2
Rec partners with leading agencies for the Manchester Graduate 2026 Intake. This 12‑week program trains you to become a specialist recruiter across areas such as Legal, Finance, and Tech.
- Business Development – Engage with companies and secure new business.
- Candidate Sourcing – Conduct headhunting, Linked In sourcing, and networking.
- Process Management – Lead interviews, negotiate offers, and close placements.
- Background in a competitive or sporting activity (e.g., university level sport or committee involvement).
- Resilience and persistence – able to handle rejection.
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable working with people.
