Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Rewards and Benefits Manager for a permanent, hybrid role in Manchester. The postholder will design, manage and govern the organisation's compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring external competitiveness, internal equity and legal compliance aligned with the EVP to attract and retain talent.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, strong experience in pay structure design and governance, and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
