CHEP in the UKI region is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to shape culture, partner with leaders, and own the employee experience from onboarding through performance cycles.
Based in Manchester with a hybrid model (2 days in the office), you will lead complex ER cases, coach managers, and drive OD, reward and development initiatives to sustain business performance.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, support regional initiatives, and develop one direct report.
