L’Oréal's Distribution Centre HR team seeks an HR Advisor to support our Bury, Nottingham and Trafford DCs. You will partner with line managers and employees, guiding employee relations, attendance and payroll data with accuracy and empathy.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll own on-site HR activity, onboarding, data updates, and serve as a trusted contact for payroll processes in a fast-paced distribution environment.
