We re hiring experienced recruiters to join BCL Legal in Manchester.

We re interested in talking to people with 3+ years  agency recruitment experience
, particularly from professional services, legal, property, finance or other specialist markets. Legal recruitment experience isn t essential.

We have opportunities across three desks:

• USA In-House Legal Recruitment
• The opportunity to develop a new desk focused on helping businesses across the USA recruit lawyers into their in-house legal teams. Ideal for recruiters with strong business development skills.
• An established, high-volume desk with a strong reputation and existing relationships. A great opportunity for recruiters who enjoy a fast-paced market and want to maximise earnings.

• London Private Practice
• Working with leading law firms across the City and wider commercial legal market, partnering with firms on strategic recruitment needs.

• 3+ years  agency recruitment experience
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• A consistent track record of billing and delivering results
• Ambition and commercial awareness
