TBC We are seeking a temporary HR Advisor to cover sick leave, initially for two weeks, with the possibility of extension. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong HR experience, looking to work 3-4 mornings per week. You will serve as the main point of contact for employees and managers, handle general HR administration, and provide support for an upcoming ISO audit.

Day-to-day of the role:
Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers. Manage and execute general HR administrative tasks efficiently. Provide necessary preparation and support for the ISO audit. Collaborate with the Parent Company's HR Consultant to ensure alignment and compliance with HR policies and practices. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Proven HR experience in a similar role. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment. Comfortable handling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines. Knowledge of HR regulations and standards, particularly related to ISO audits. Benefits:
