Vistra is seeking a Senior HR Partner UK/ICI (Contractor/FTC) to work on an interim basis, based in the UK. The role reports to the VP, HR Partner UKICI and focuses on delivering organisational transformation, workforce optimisation and operational excellence through the Global Delivery Hub (GDH) model.
You will lead HR governance, risk management and change management initiatives, partnering with leaders to ensure compliant, effective HR practices across multiple jurisdictions where applicable.
