You’ll focus on developing new business opportunities across the full cyber landscape, partnering with organisations throughout the UK across a wide range of sectors including defence, technology, financial services, manufacturing, energy, utilities, and beyond.

You’ll already be an experienced recruitment consultant with a passion for business development and delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll ideally bring:

• A proven track record of winning and growing new business.
• Experience with in cyber recruitment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• A driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build something of your own.
