Recruitment Services are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client's HR team and provide high-quality HR support across the Council and schools. The role offers hybrid working with two office days each week and flexible working patterns.
You will advise on attendance, performance, disciplinary, grievance and TUPE cases, support change management, develop HR policies, analyse workforce data, and engage with trade unions and internal stakeholders.
