We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Officer to support the Human Resources function at our 5 Star Edwardian Manchester Hotel.

• Support day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring a seamless and supportive host experience
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and induction for all department
• Deliver and support training programmes that enhance skills, service standards, and compliance
• Support L&D Administration for the London properties.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll and reporting
• Be a trusted point of contact for hosts, offering guidance with professionalism and discretion
• Support engagement initiatives that strengthen our culture of excellence

• Experience in HR or training within hospitality or a similar fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people
• A proactive, organised approach with exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence delivering training and supporting managers
• A warm, approachable manner aligned with five‑star service values
